Eric came and had it repaired in no time at all!! I told him that I had been thinking about having new doors installed and asked him for an estimate on the spot. He took the time to do this for me...I selected what I wanted and it was ordered. Given the weather etc. I suggested installation in March that has been accommodated.
I can hardly wait! A great company to work with...Thanks so much!!

Install was quick and rails and lift were securely and neatly installed unlike the door that they removed (previous was in house when I bought it and was original door). Only negative was I ordered door first week of September. Was told it would be installed at latest end of November. Was installed first week of January. I realize delays due to pandemic and it was not enough of a factor to change my rating.

The installers were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, professional and made themselves available even during inclement weather at time of installation. After the fact, any contact we had with the company resulted in pleasant, efficient response. Wouldn't think twice about giving a positive, glowing rating.
