When they say two days, they mean two days. This was followed up by a call Monday.

Meagan offered us an option to see samples at their store, if we still had some questions. We decided to move ahead and Erik came to our house to finalize our needs. After some good discussion, we moved ahead and finalized our order.

He made a preventative suggestion regarding the other cables on the doors, after inspecting the damage on the first and suspecting others had the same issue. Price was right, so I agreed and he swapped them all. THANK GOODNESS. The others were in horrible, one in particular ready to break. So grateful this was caught before another disaster. Highly recommend Cliff’s. Now my go-to.

I told the installer, Teichroeb Exteriors were arriving the following week to complete the capping on all windows and doors which included the garage door, so the installer, scheduled to return Sept 26, 2022 to install the weather stripping and decorative hardware. He was knowledgeable enough to advise the weather stripping and decorative hardware should be done AFTER the capping to save on having 2 strips of caulking. Much appreciated this level of expertise.
